Low slope roofing, also known as flat roofs, are roof systems for roofs with pitches less than 3/12. Flat roofs improve heating and cooling due to less attic space to fill up with excess air. Maintenance is easier since being nearly flat you can stay confident walking on it.

Gutters might not always get the attention they deserve, but play a crucial role in protecting your home, pedestrians, soil and foundation. Soil erosion can cause your foundation to settle and cause uneven floors and crack walls. A one inch of rain on a 1,000 square-foot of roof can gather up to 600 gallons of water. Can you imagine!?
